Client: My Lifestyle Zen

Patrice Perkins is a Chicago area Attorney who came to Identity Engineers (IDE) to get assistance with developing a business venture tailored around her natural personality strengths, passions, and interests. Patrice works hard.  She has a talent for organizing and coming up with efficient ways to “work smarter, not harder”.  However, Patrice does not subscribe to the “All Work  and No Play” mantra.  Patrice stays abreast of the latest restaurants and venues, and knows everything that the city of Chicago has to offer!

Client Problem: Patrice wanted to create a business that revolved around her natural personality strengths and interests.

Solution Offered: IDE’s personality assessment determined that Patrice was an ISFJ Personality Type.  Taking these personality traits into account, as well as Patrice’s talent for balancing work and play,  Identity Engineers helped Patrice develop the  concept of “Lifestyle Zen”, and explored ways to help Patrice share her secrets of work/life balance through a business venture.

The result: The My Lifestyle Zen blog (www.mylifestylezen.com),  which gives overworked professionals tips for coping with worklife, as well as informing them about Chicago’s hottest night life spots, restaurants, toursist attractions and special  offers.  IDE’s Color Analysis aided Patrice and her design team in choosing the colors for the My Lifestyle Zen logo, helped Patrice clarify the blog’s core values, and IDE created an video advertisement for Patrice to use for viral marketing. In addition to mylifestylezen.com, Patrice now has her own portal on Chicago Now (www.chicagonow.com/blogs/lifestyle-zen-chronicles)  and is the Chicago Editor for www.askmissa.com, a national e-magazine.
